Yes all of the above will probably be helpful for some people with some disabilities. We need to think what other people with different disabilities require so they as well be able to access ( not in a physical way ) the community.

You will have to measure people’s income v expenses . Needs v income.

Measure peoples health, trust and satisfaction with the health system.

Very poor in our case.

The most important is to measure people’s trust and satisfaction in regards to their’s rights and measure the outcome of complaints , Are people who harm disabled people being held accountable?

From our experience the level of education is very poor.

ones a year. But more importantly is what are you going to do with this information and how are you going to look at different needs of different disabilities groups?

For example people with physical disabilities may be very satisfied with the health system but people who are severely Autistic will have a completely different experience.

Many of the systems you described are failing people who are sufferings Complex disabilities like Autism and mental health.

How are you going to measure the quality of services to those specific groups of people?

Is there anything else that you think should be considered when we are monitoring and measuring the impact of activities on people with disability?

You have to measure and monitor the secsecfull of the NDIS and more importantly the NDIA in implementing the strategies and guidelines. You also have to measure the level of accountability for those who are failing and neglecting the people they supposed to support.
