NDIS Specialist Disability Accommodation Pricing and Payments Framework Review

The COAG Disability Reform Council agreed to the Specialist Disability Accommodation Pricing and Payment Framework in 2015, with a review scheduled to be complete in 2018‑19. The Framework governs the approach to SDA pricing and payments and is intended to result in a competitive price that attracts market players to supply new and innovative housing solutions for people with disability.

KPMG will carry out the scheduled review of the Framework based on the Terms of Reference agreed by the COAG Disability Reform Council on 30 April 2018. The review will take place from May 2018 to August 2018. The COAG Disability Reform Council will consider the report and recommendations at its September 2018 meeting.

KPMG will consult with people with disability, SDA providers, financiers and investors.
