Text version of guide for completing the TILA survey
Follow the below steps 8 steps to complete the TILA survey.
Step 1 – Welcome to the survey
Read the information about the survey.
This information includes what the survey is about, who it is for and the privacy information.
Email us at tila@dss.gov.au if you need a translation of the survey questions or documents into a language other than English.
Step 2 – Start the survey
Choose the survey that is best for you.
Remember, that choosing the Start Survey icon button means that you give us permission to collect and use your answers.
Step 3 – Answer the survey questions
Answer all or any of the questions that you want to.
Remember that we will not ask you for your name or where you live.
Step 4 – Your TILA story or ideas
You can email us at tila@dss.gov.au if you would like to tell us your TILA story or ideas on how we can improve TILA.
We will email you back with the relevant form and information.
Step 5 – Submit your answers
Press the Submit button to send us your answers to the survey questions.
When you do this you will automatically be given a special code called a Submission ID number.
We will save and use your answers in line with our Privacy Collection Notice.
Step 6 – Withdrawing your answers
You can withdraw your survey answers if you want to.
Email us at tila@dss.gov.au to do this and make sure that you include your special code or Submission ID.
Step 7 – After the survey
We will look at all the answers received and provide a report on the findings of the survey on our website www.dss.gov.au
Step 8 – Next steps
We will look at how we can improve TILA for eligible young people.
