Disability Employment Services need to work TOGETHER rather than compete with each other to assist people with disability find employment. My experience of DESs in the last 7 years has been that some (**********) are top heavy and have too many people doing little things instead of integrating tasks into appointments rather than providing a car and phone to staff to visit clients! Employment consultants need a smaller case load and more incentives to place people into employment – some consultants have been transient backpackers! The employers *************************  need to work more effectively with Employment Consultants!!!! My son has completed a Cert IV in web design and still unable to find work in this field.
