I have read the DES Reform Discussion Paper. While there are many good suggestions, I think the lack of collaboration between providers is a reform element that is missing. Innovation and technologies such as CRMs allow for such collaboration with transparent and far reaching communication made possible for employers, Carers, clients, DES providers and governments.

I have discussed the WorkAbility Pathways Program as a potential framework for encouraging and rewarding collaboration. I’m not sure why you have not seen the merits of including a mechanism for collaboration in your Reform agenda. Let me know if you would like to revisit our conversation.
