I believe there needs to be more funding in the area of skills development and preparation for employment. Unfortunately there is not a lot available in the form of financial assistance for job seekers to obtain tickets and licences, police clearances, work attire etc. The availability of funding to job seekers will improve readiness for work to a great extent.
