I wanted to ask if any consideration had been made for parents or guardians of children with disabilities to consider their difficulties in looking and finding work while being the primary carer of a child with a disability.

Many parents would love to go back to work part time or full time in a role with enough flexibility to fit in around their child’s needs and schedule.

Assistance and support provided to people with a disability to find employment could very well include primary caretakers of persons or children with a disability as well.
