Investor Submission

I would like to the opportunity to self-manage my investment property under the NRAS scheme. The actual managing of tenants under the NRAS is not complicated and I believe I am capable of ensuring the NRAS requirements are met, without having to (be forced) to use a real estate agent to manage the property, who charge me an absurd amount of money for the end of financial year NRAS report, on top of an annual % fee to manage my property. I manage other properties I have tenanted (in other states) and I wish to manage my NRAS property in QLD. I submit that you allow landlords to self-manage their own NRAS properties if they elect to do so. Your current restrictions cost landlords money that they could otherwise use for further investment.
