Respond to the feedback form

You can choose to respond to the feedback form if you want to give feedback but are not sure what to say. While the questions on the form are written for survivors and the people who support them, anyone is welcome to respond.

The Review will focus on priority areas for improvement and critical measures to support safe closure of the Scheme. These questions are designed so you can provide feedback without sharing personal or traumatic experiences of abuse. We encourage you to focus on your views and experiences of the Scheme and refrain from including personal or sensitive details of abuse.

If you choose to respond, tell us what you want to say in as much or as little detail as you would like. You do not need to answer every question for your feedback to be heard. We appreciate anything you can share with us.
