NDIS must include “fee for service funding” to all people with a disability to “purchase ADVOCATES OF THEIR CHOICE ” and access to effective disability advocacy that promotes, protects and ensures their full and equal enjoyment of all human rights, enabling full community participation.” For Deaf community members whom have caring degrees of life challenges in particular due to language diversity, disadvantaged education, disadvantaged Written English skills, . We the Deaf need Cultural and Linguistically matched Advocates of our “choice” to advocate our needs where it is not possible to do so.

Nothing changes the needs of a person are the same NDIS Is what’s changed. Why do we need to spell out to you at every “change” the needs are the same so stops shifting the sands!!
FEE FOR SERVICE ADVOCACY UNDER NDIS IS IMPERATIVE
