Carer of a person with disability

We have a son who is intellectually disabled. We advocate on his behalf, however he requires more than we have the experience to provide. He requires an experienced and well resourced advocate.
We believe that the advocacy program, both government and private should be kept outside of the NDIS and expanded into areas currently not serviced.

We need to remember that it is the needs of the disabled person that must be at the forefront of any service.
