Gail Sant, carer

I have read the Code of Conduct through and like it. I do however think that Advocates should be made available for people who stand independently of any organisation. Are there sufficient advocates to act in the first instance to prevent problems to go on.

Can you please let me know if people are provided a service then there is direct time spent with the client and indirect time for things such as case notes, driving too and from the client’s home, research, meetings, supervision etc. for workers. Is this costed into the amounts allocated to the client for the service?
