Re the NDIS Code of Conduct: there is no need to reinvent the wheel. There are codes of conduct for both the state (Victoria) and the Federal public services. These can easily be transposed onto the providers, workers, etc.
They have the advantage of being comprehensive and are very obvious in their intent, especially about issues such as conflict of interest.
Thank you for your consideration of including this late, and very expurgated version of what I would have written.
