For The Attention of the Royal Commission About the Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation of People with a Disability throughout Australia.

Ladies and Gentlemen,

We would like the Royal Commission to be aware of Australia’s Biggest Discrimination Ever……the Age Discrimination Legislation which disallows People with a High Level Disability over the Age of 65 receiving ANY NDIS Benefits.

This Appalling Discrimination occurs when those high level People with a Disability under 65yo can receive full benefits of, up to 24/7 Care plus a full range of Disability Equipment, Products and Services, which is not available to the disability elderly over 65 years of age.

This Disgraceful Aged Related Discrimination is shameful, especially when people over 65yo contribute much to the Community all their life, but are forbidden any NDIS Assistances if they unfortunately gain a Disability at say 66yo plus.

This Outrageous and Dishonourable Legislation has been seen to be a Federal Labor Government initiation, but will NOT be overturned by the Federal Liberal Government under the control of MP Scott Morrison or current Ministers and MPs.

The alternative Care and Disability Equipment given to those over 65yo by Programs like the COS and Aged Care ones are totally inadequate and an Insult to the Elderly Nationally.

We urgently require the Royal Commission to recommend the Federal Government to immediately change the Legislation to allow People with a Disability over 65yo to receive equal and equivalent NDIS services and disability products in the same way as those under 65yo.

This whole Age Discrimination is an Abuse, Neglect and Exploitation of People with a Disability throughout Australia.
