What matters most to measure and report on as we seek to achieve inclusive and accessible communities for people with disability?

What matters is that you have heard correctly the opinions of the people with the disabilities themselves. And that you have shown them that you have heard by responding accordingly, respectfully, honestly and effectively.

Measure and report on the consumer’s (PWD) personal opinions about their levels of contentment mentally, environmentally and spiritually.

Respect their accounts, opinions and experiences ie believe them.
