This online submission process will inform the next national disability strategy. There are 9 questions which seek your feedback on ideas from the new National Disability Strategy position paper (the position paper), which has been jointly developed by all Australian governments. The position paper builds on the stage 1 consultations and other previous reviews. This process is part of stage 2 of consultations.

Written submission: You can email your written submission directly to disabilityreform@dss.gov.au

Easy Read: The guided questionnaire is also available in Easy Read, please email your completed Easy Read form to disabilityreform@dss.gov.au

Video or Audio response: To provide a video or audio response, including in AUSLAN, please email disabilityreform@dss.gov.au for instructions.

Mail: If you cannot complete the online guided questionnaire, you can print a PDF [1 MB] or Word [53 kB] version of this document and provide a written submission to:
