I am currently working and unfortunately due to the 12 weeks wait to be assessed for my rate of work performance compared to someone who has no disability I am being paid 20.90 for a job that others in my position at my age would be receiving around 27 and above unfortunately I asked to have my rate up and this was not heard but I also can’t work many days as the stress makes me worse this kind of situation makes it to hard to want to continue to work and to try find advocates or job network that support me not the employer is actually impossible as soon as they know I have a disability they immediately think I can’t work like others where infact I’m over producing at a rate above there’s and I’m burning out because I’m not allowed less time to work and more rate instead I’m paid less and expected to work more to make enough to live I am so tired and I feel like this is to hard.
