Changes need to be made to disability employment services because people with disabilities are unable to maintain jobs due to employers having no understanding about disability and when advertisements are made the tasks stated in the job description is not what people with disabilities are getting to do. A person with a disability who wants a variety of tasks is only doing the same repetitive task all day everyday and there is no plan to help the person continue to train and learn new skills to help them progress their career.
