People with disabilities who are on contract within NDIS and who only have permanent residency must be converted to APS employee without having to wait for citizenship.
They are hard working and contribute to support other people with disabilities but their own job security is not taken into consideration.

Contractors with disabilities who hold permanent residency should be converted with immediate effect to APS employees.
