I urge the Repeal of section 22 of the NDIS Act, so that access to the NDIS is decided according to the usual NDIS disability criteria, without an age limit.

The continued ban on people over 65 with permanent disabilities often dating from childhood, is unfair and in breach of the United Nations Disability Convention.
It is blighting (and costing)lives as those in charge watch on.

Repealing section 22 is a simple reform, and can be done forthwith.
Because it can be done, it must be done.
