There needs to be serious review in the efficiency of investigating reports of serious complaints regarding NDIS service providers. My father nearly died in the care of his previous providers and it has so far taken nearly a year to investigate these service providers. Meanwhile they have still been active NDIS providers potentially putting other clients at risk. The only correspondence I’ve received in 7 months is in regards to investigating potentially fraudulent financial charges committed by them, but nothing about his wellbeing and serious health decline while in their care.
