Simply this, the cost of delivery is way too high. There are too many organisation and individuals taking huge gouges before any service is delivered to those who need it.
I also suspect that some services provided by NDIS are duplications of those previously supplied by other departments.
It needs a top to bottom review headed by someone who knows about costs and stream lining service delivery.
