You can choose to share your contact details to be part of ongoing engagement activities and kept updated about how the NDIS Review recommendations will be carefully sequenced over the transition period.
Your details will be used by the department to send you updates by email, which we may do using our service provider Swift Digital. We may also send you updates about similar or related activities of the department.

So that we can better understand how effective what information is of interest to you, our service provider Swift Digital may collect information about whether the updates (and any embedded links) we sent are opened. Swift Digital only shares this information with the department.
The Department of Social Services is bound by the Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) which regulate how we manage your personal information. This means that we will use the information you give in the form to send you updates, and will only use it for other purpose where these are permitted or required by law.
We may use Swift Digital, an online marketing platform, to create, send and manage emails. It is also used to collect your personal information, including your email address and other information for the distribution of email campaigns and other important information.
All information the Swift Digital service collects is the property of our department.
Swift Digital manages your data in compliance with Australia’s SPAM Act 2003 and Australian privacy provisions. Swift Digital maintains data within Australia. It never leaves Australian jurisdiction and must be protected to minimum security standards required by the department.
