Why are we looking at current support tools if can only carting for some jobs. This not NDIS friendly at all. Where more choice in that?

The assessment won’t be fair at all as I said performance appraisal template is an- inclusive system you should have right comment to your assessment as the same way as all Australia do!

Let find another way how support performance appraisal system in supported employment. The current support wage tools are outdated and illegal as it’s assumes that you will perform 100% of the time (which no one ever does) and also has incorrectly assumes.

The SWS tool only assesses the rate at which a person works. While this may be appropriate for some jobs, it’s not appropriate for other jobs.
