Early intervention and support is well documented to engaging and supporting young people to achieve their potential.

“the patch” will be an enterprise where youth services are collocated with a youth café. This will enable youth workers to be where young people are; increasing early intervention/engagement opportunities.

Through partnerships with employment and training providers, the café would be staffed by young people. Through this employment, the young people will be trained and supported to develop their employability skills, confidence and gain qualifications to enhance their future employment opportunities.
