Nomination form for expert and community representatives on the National Disability Data Asset Council
Subject to disability ministers’ agreement, Australian, state and territory governments will work with the disability community to establish the National Disability Data Asset.
Once established the disability data asset will:
- connect de-identified information from different government agencies about people with disability to better understand their experiences and help inform how we can improve outcomes
- be co-governed in partnership between the disability community and governments through a representative National Disability Data Asset Council (the Council).

As a part of the government’s approach to lay the groundwork for this co-governance, the Department of Social Services (DSS) is seeking nominations of community representatives for the National Disability Data Asset Council (the Council).
