The webinar and online townhalls were hosted on the Vimeo platform, with real time commenting in Slido.
The department recorded the sessions using the transcription function on the Vimeo platform for the online sessions to help efficiently summarise outcomes from each session.
The department may utilise the Artificial Intelligence (AI) function on Microsoft Copilot (isolated in the GovTEAMS controlled environment) to help analyse the transcription and outcomes of the sessions.
