Welcome to the Pulse Survey for service providers – A new approach to programs for families and children

We’re reforming support and services for families, children, and young people.

We want your feedback on proposed changes outlined in the Discussion Paper.

The main reform suggested in the Discussion Paper is to create one, new national program to support children and families.

The single national program will replace 5 existing programs:

• Children and Parenting Support (CaPS)
• Family Mental Health Supports and Services (FMHSS)
• Communities for Children – Facilitating Partners (CfC-FP)
• Family and Relationship Services (FaRS)
• Specialised Family Violence Services (SFVS)

Respond to the survey

All responses to the survey are confidential. Individual responses will not be identified in analysis or reporting.

The department is not seeking identifying information about someone else (third parties). If you choose to include identifying information about someone else, please obtain their consent beforehand and give them a copy of the department’s Privacy Collection Notice.

This is a short survey and should take less than 10 minutes to complete.

Make sure to allocate enough time to complete the survey and submit your answers in one sitting.

Unfinished answers cannot be saved to complete at a later time.
