Implementing the successor plan to the National Framework – Discussion paper
Implementing the successor plan to the National Framework for Protecting Australia’s Children 2009-2020
The discussion paper Implementing the Successor Plan to the National Framework for Protecting Australia’s Children 2009-2020, details how the successor plan is being developed and outlines the vision, goal, priorities and priority groups for the plan.
This paper has been informed by findings from the 2019 and early 2020 national consultations led by Families Australia on the broad direction of the successor plan to the National Framework for Protecting Australia’s Children. Those consultations as well as a separate Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander co-design process informed the development of the successor plan.
With the successor plan due to be finalised in July 2021, this online consultation will focus on supporting the development of the first five-year implementation plan.
