Questionnaire and submissions
You are invited to provide your views on the recommendations made by the Disability Royal Commission in its final report.
Your feedback will inform the Government’s response to the Disability Royal Commission final report.
Feedback and comments are welcome from anyone. This includes:
- people with disability, their families, carers
- advocates and representative organisations
- disability service providers, unions and workers; and
- Peak bodies, academics and other organisations.
You can share your own views or provide feedback on behalf of someone else.
Questionnaire instructions
The Questionnaire has 4 sections:

How to complete the questionnaire
- The Disability Royal Commission final report contains 12 volumes and 222 recommendations.
- We have grouped the recommendations in the same way they are grouped in the Disability Royal Commission Final Report Executive Summary:
- Please use the list to find the volume and theme of the recommendations you want to pick. You may include a specific recommendation number in the free text box if you wish.
- For example, if you wanted to choose Recommendation 4.1 – Establish a Disability Rights Act, you would first find the relevant volume: Volume 4, Realising the human rights of people with disability; and then choose the sub theme underneath: An Australian law to recognise the human rights of people with disability (Recs 4.1 to 4.4).
- In part 4, you can upload a submission or supporting evidence in PDF, DOC, DOCX, RTF and JPG formats, if you would like to.
