How do I make a submission?

There are three options for submitting your thoughts on the Discussion Paper:

1. Online Submission – Guided Questionnaire (preferred)

There are 12 questions within the Discussion Paper, which we are seeking your feedback on to improve Families and Children services. You don’t need to respond to every question, just the questions that are important to you. Note: 500 word limit on each response.

2. Email your submission

You can email your submission to families@dss.gov.au

3. Post your submission

Alternatively, you may wish to provide a written submission. You can print a PDF [478 kB] or Word [95 kB] version of the Guided Online Questionnaire document and provide a written submission to:

The Department of Social Services will collect and analyse your answers and the results will inform development of the FaC Activity service improvements from 2021.

Your responses will be treated in confidence and in accordance with the DSS Privacy Policy.
